Speech therapy

Childhood speech therapy focuses on the correction and development of speech, language, communication, voice production and swallowing disorders.

In our development center, we welcome children who show a delay in speech and language development, struggle with articulation or phonological difficulties, who show problems in the field of speech understanding and speech perception, and who have sound production and resonance disorders.

We provide personalized speech therapy care for children, we carry out all therapy in a playful way, and during this we take into account the children's current speech status, age characteristics, interests, and overall personality. In addition, we consider it important to keep in touch with the parents, so after each session we discuss the details of the process, the tasks at home and the course of development.

Speech and language disorders can be extremely diverse. There are age-related ("physiological") phenomena that can be resolved in the short term with a little help. However, there are cases when catching up with age standards can only be achieved through intensive development. In these cases, it is definitely necessary to start speech therapy in order to achieve full communication competence as soon as possible.
