The focus of my activity is the exploration of relationship patterns and dysfunctions, restructuring if necessary, strengthening and consolidating connections, regardless of whether it is classic therapist activity or adoption. In a helping situation, it is mostly the professional-client relationship that heals. The quality of this sheds light on how we relate to others, to other actors in our lives.

I accept clients in both Hungarian and English.

Introduction

I obtained my psychology degree in 1995 and started my career in an adult psychiatry department, where I gained valuable experience. After that, I spent more than eight years in the competitive sector, partly in a multinational environment, which allowed me to gain a deeper insight into the workings and challenges of the business world. This period enriched my professional background before returning to work in psychology.

Throughout my career, I have continuously trained myself. I qualified in autogenic training (2006), as a psychodrama assistant (2007), and as a family therapist (2008). In 2011, I obtained the clinical psychologist qualification, which further expanded my professional competences.

I gained significant experience in adult psychiatric departments, and also dealt with the mental health of children and adolescents in educational consultants and children's homes. This extensive experience allows me to work effectively with individuals, couples and families dealing with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and adoption challenges.
