I work with my clients according to the systems approach method, according to which the individual is determined by his relationships and their interactions. According to this approach, the problems that appear at the individual level, which may appear in behavioral blockages or symptoms of psychiatric diseases, are not the sole responsibility of the individual, but of the environment that surrounds the individual.

During the conversations during the sessions, we deal with the problem that the family, couple or individual brings, and we only try to achieve change together in the area that the clients define. Each client is an expert in his own life.

Introduction

I was already interested in the world of psychology when I was a teenager, but after the regime change and perhaps due to parental pressure, I started studying economics. Then, at the end of my thirties, I started my studies in psychology. At first, because of my own intercultural family, I wanted to better understand the development of the identity of our children growing up in different countries.
In the last 20 years, I have lived in 8 countries, which greatly contributed to my current professional activity. I have been working as a psychologist for eight years, my internship in Hungary was spent at a pedagogical service, and then I worked as a volunteer psychologist in a home for abused women in Singapore. I completed the systemic family and couple therapy training in Chile, and during my internship I worked with families of family members with addiction, anorexia nervosa, ADHD, and autism. I currently work with intercultural families, couples, and adults and adolescents abroad in English, Spanish and Hungarian. My clients are diverse from all over the world, people of different backgrounds, nationalities, religions, and sexual orientations.
The years spent abroad greatly helped my work on self-knowledge, and strengthened my acceptance, respect and admiration for otherness and cultural differences.
