Already in my childhood, I was looking for the unity of body and soul, which was later fulfilled in classical ballet, and through the trials of life I found psychology. Later, during my years abroad, I worked with children for five years, which was the beginning of a special journey, because during this time I gained insight into the functioning of families from different cultures and the diversity of children's souls. The knowledge they experienced made me realize that I had found my true calling. Throughout our lives, we are often faced with challenges that sometimes put us through trials. These moments are very difficult, but they are also gates through which we can grow. I believe that together we can find solutions that will help us overcome difficulties. During our cooperation, I respect everyone's individual rhythm and process. I consider self-knowledge important, so I myself regularly participate in psychotherapy sessions. This helps me support those who come to me for help even more effectively.

Introduction

I started my psychological studies at the Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj and continued at the ELTE master's program. I am currently a graduate master's student in psychology. I completed my internship at Bethesda Children's Hospital.

In the past period, I also worked at the child welfare and family support service, where I encountered diverse problems and age groups. In addition to the children with a difficult fate, I also dealt with voluntary inquiries that belonged to the service. As a member of the professional team, I worked in cooperation with social workers, child protection specialists and legal professionals in order to get to know the child's situation and needs. I carried out complex health assessments, through which I provided personalized and educational counseling so that we could find the path to a solution together.

During my work, I strive to know the most up-to-date theoretical and practical methods, so I also take evidence-based tools and professional guidelines into account. I consider it important to have a human-centered approach, as well as trends that respect individual differences and individual development paths. In my approach, I combine several psychological approaches and toolkits, in which I rely heavily on cognitive and behavioral therapy, analytical and systemic trends.

With understanding and support, I stand by everyone who comes to me, so that together with specific goals we can find a solution to their difficulties. My work takes place under individual and group supervision.
