When I was still at school, I realized that I could easily relate to children and since then I knew that I wanted to help people. This also motivated me when choosing my profession. Communication is an essential tool for expressing our thoughts, emotions, opinions and integrating into the community. Speech and language skills determine children's later success in life, so in my work I strive to ensure that all my clients reach the best possible level of communication. The sessions take place in a playful form, adapted to age and individual characteristics, and children can develop their abilities by experiencing it as a positive experience. In the therapy, in cooperation with my colleagues, I consider cooperation with parents to be of the utmost importance, therefore the presentation of the exercises to be performed at home is carried out personally, thereby supporting the effectiveness of the therapy. I believe that all children and adults alike have the potential to develop, and that we can reach our goals together.

Introduction

In 2019, I obtained my bachelor's degree in speech therapy and psychopedagogy at the Bárczi Gusztáv Faculty of Medical Education at Eötvös Loránd University. As a speech therapist, I also deal with the speech and language development of preschool and school children aged 2-14, as well as the therapy of tongue-thrust swallowing and articulation disorders of adult clients. I gained 4 years of professional experience in a multicultural institution, and I undertake certain therapies in English. After further education and several years of mentoring, I found my special area of ​​interest in the treatment of tongue thrust swallowing and articulation disorders, in which I continue to train myself. In addition, I also offer therapeutic options for GMP diagnostics (examination and development of speech understanding and perception), speech and language development, and assessment of partial abilities.
