I deeply believe in my profession, and I have infinite confidence that we all have the power to change and that we are not just passive, powerless beings at the mercy of external factors. It's just that sometimes we all get a little stuck in our tracks, and that's totally okay. It's human. This is when help comes in handy.
I believe in change, in inner strength, and that we do have control over the wheel of our destiny. That's why I studied, that's why I work in this fantastic profession - because I believe in the power of changing fate.
During my work as a psychologist, I want to pass on this faith and strength to everyone who comes to me. With the deepest intention to help, commitment and professional responsibility.
Real miracles can happen where there is a desire and intention to work together!

Introduction

In 2010, I graduated from the psychology department of the University of Pécs, at that time I thought that I would dedicate my professional career to the individual support of children, and I also started my practical work at Vadaskert Hospital and Outpatient Clinic.
However, my focus quickly turned towards the adults, because I realized that without the parents, I would not be able to achieve the change I had dreamed of for them by dealing only with the children in isolation.

During the family therapist training, I then encountered the system-based way of thinking, which has since become my main professional pillar. In the course of my work, I do not look for a specific fault or fault, but rather try to discover together with the individuals or families who come to me, that the system in which they live and work - be it the family, workplace, or even the country, society in which they live -, how it "produces" the life situation in which they are not comfortable. Thus, if there is a family member or a child whose symptoms we start the therapeutic journey with, I try to decipher together with the family what purpose the given symptom can serve in the functioning of the family, and what each family member can do individually for change.

It's like a kaleidoscope: sometimes it's enough to move a small pebble to change the whole picture.

I also deal with individual support, but my professional focus, in a certain sense, remained around the very sensitive and, in my opinion, particularly difficult period of having children. For years, I have been supporting mothers and couples both before and after the arrival of a newborn baby. There are times when becoming a mother or father is not a smooth process, and sometimes a little help comes in handy.

All this in a holistic approach, flexibly and individually, working with practical tools in joint work with the family or the individual
