From a young age, it was important and decisive for me to deal with people during my work. Human relationships were always important to me, and I chose my profession accordingly. I feel particularly close to children, especially those who are somehow more vulnerable than their peers.
During a period of my life full of changes, I came into closer contact with a young person living with autism, and this started me on the path I am still on today. At that time, every small event, every meeting pointed in the direction that I had to deal with them and that I could fulfill myself through them. Already during my college years, I consciously prepared to be able to teach the high-functioning population within the spectrum and accompany them on their journey. My other specialty, psychopedagogy, is a big help for this. I consider it important to provide support not only to the children, but also to the social environment surrounding them (family, school).

Introduction

I graduated from the ELTE Bárczi Gusztáv Faculty of Therapeutic Education with a specialization in Autism spectrum – Psychopedagogy. After my studies, I gained my first experience in special education, where I dealt with children with multiple disabilities (autism and associated intellectual disability). Since 2019, I have been supporting children and adolescents with special educational needs in order to make their integration as successful and balanced as possible into the mainstream primary school, where I currently work as the professional leader of the autism-ADHD work community. I mostly work with high-functioning students with autism spectrum disorders who have good verbal and social skills. In particular, I gained a lot of experience with girls affected by autism, in almost all age groups. For me - as they are perhaps the most vulnerable - they are of utmost importance.
As a psychopedagogue, I also provide development sessions to -albeit in a smaller number - students living with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), which often appears as a disorder associated with autism.
I have been mentoring college students specializing in autism for years, and I am happy to help prepare the next generation. It is extremely important for me to be professionally up-to-date, so I try to expand my knowledge with foreign literature, in addition to the fact that I also learn a lot from my students.
My main goal is to develop the individual's abilities and lead an independent life, in addition to ensuring that they remain as special as they were born.
